Any of these offer on demand for those of us who don’t want to be up at 2am?

Very few meetings are useful and necessary. Most meetings aren’t.

In the words of Louis Rossmann: “Clouds are for rain.” - While I feel the cloud can work as a secondary backup, it should not be relied upon as the sole location for storage and ideally not even for your sole backup. Services going under, price increases, security & privacy concerns, server unreliability, etc. are all

Uptunic shots? Really?

I’m as anti-megamerger as the next person but I strangely see this as increasing competition more than harming it. Microsoft has been trailing Sony for some time now and while I wish it was done via an internal push for more and better first party entries, them having additional massive franchises under their belt

Crazy suggestion: Linking to the thing you’re recommending.

On Android, another option is to use Vivaldi (other browsers likely work too) to browse the mobile site. I have it as a designated reddit app since it seems to do better than others at blocking the nags to download the app and ads within the site itself.

While entertaining, I prefer Clickbait Remover which ditches thumbnails entirely. Let the content (and not the tabloidy cover) speak for itself. The fact it also ditches ALL CAPS casing is a bonus.

I first thought the same, but it’s an ad blocker or your browser blocking affiliate links. Disabling it gets them to show up.

While I know function is a higher priority than form in computer applications, especially with utilities such as file explorers, I’ve always found Directory Opus to lean too far away from form. It wouldn’t look too out of place in Windows 2000. The Files app from the article looks good but that I think leans too far

It’s worth noting that Degoo has a reputation of inventing any reason they can to ban your ‘lifetime’ account. The mere suspicion that something is copyrighted (let alone you dare upload anything that actually is) is enough for them to close it. That’s why they’re able to put a one-time price on a never-ending expense

Those who choose mouse & keyboard over controller for racing games aren’t right in the head in my book.

It’s not a submarine.

I have the same thought every time LH reports on this list of passwords. The list will always be made of insecure passwords! A secure password would not make it onto the list because being unique is part of what makes it secure. Therefore, a secure password would never be on a list of most used so I have no idea why

My first thought of Alan Wake 2's release date was “oh no, not again.” The first one went up against Red Dead Redemption. Now the sequel’s competing with numerous big titles. Hope it fare’s better with sales.

Speaking of cozy games, anyone looking for a hidden gem of a title (that’s family friendly), I suggest checking out Wylde Flowers. It’s a “life sim with farming elements and a witchy twist.” While these types of games are a dime a dozen and not my typical genre of choice, what made this one stand out to me is it’s

I recently did this with my TV to-watch list. I was a couple seasons into many shows that have had a few seasons become available since I last watched it and that list was only ever growing. Even though I enjoyed many of those shows immensely while watching them, I had a bit of a sunk cost going with a few where I

This happened at my last position. The company let go of my boss leaving me as the sole employee in my division reporting directly to the top (and therefore, no path for career growth.) The person at the top had no idea how I did what did and only knew what I told them. I spent my downtime optimizing my job which

Looks pretty awesome, but I wonder how much online requirement BS there will be this go-around.

If that were to happen, I don’t see how it would kill anything beyond Steam’s own DRM. Countless titles use additional methods including Denuvo.
