    Weird to think my biggest internet concern as a teenager was what color to highlight the quotes in my AIM profile.

    It’s a good time to switch back to Google/Samsung Messages regardless because of the full rull-out of RCS.

    I’m always torn between doing that or narrowing the browser to view it in single-page mode based on how strongly I feel about the principle in the moment.

    While I’m glad the option is there, I think anyone that falls into the “However, some people don’t want their data tracked and stored, period, no matter what conveniences it brings.” group, are better off not using Gmail for their email in the first place. Perhaps look at something like ProtonMail instead.

    I simply play them the song I Don’t Want Kids by Thomas Benjamin Wild Esq. Seems to do a pretty darn good job.

    This works as well for non-parents. I’m a “childless Peter” myself and while my work is the type to only let people work from home while the state has an official stay-at-home order (despite the cases being much higher now than then), I asked them anyway if I could work at home due to my father-in-law staying with us…

    Something funny is I’ve been an inverted-controls gamer as long as it’s been a thing... until about a year ago.     FYI, Ring has shady government deals over which they have full control over what’s said about them publicly. They also instruct them how to obtain footage from your cameras without a warrant if you don’t hand it over willingly. I’m far from the aluminum hat type but believe people deserve to know prior to purchase…

    I fully understand dramatic/sensational editing to make the show more entertaining than what really happened (and at times probably subconsciously appreciate it more than I care to admit), but it’s gotten to the point where it comes across as incredibly belittling with how obvious of a butchering they think they can…

    Notice how even in the simplest baking-type competition shows, the clock is always somewhere out of view of the typical camera shots? So many of those crunches are fabricated beyond belief and they don’t want a shot spoiled by the audience being able to tell there’s way more time left than they’re making it seem.

    Glad to see a joking dig at the size. It was no holds barred against the original Xbox & controller and the Xbox One “VCR.” People should dig where they want, but dig evenly.
