Welcome! To the USS Buttcrack!

A Prefect Murder could have been really good. I liked where they were going with Aeryn and her role in it and how that could have had echoes of where she'd been when she leaves at the end of season 3 (trying not to get too spoilery). There's some good John-Aeryn stuff and neat set design and camera shots.

LOL! Or Coup by Clam. Or Lava Is a Many Splendored Thing..Or Mental as Anything. Natural Election…At least the last 4 or 5 were pretty good, though I still didn't get the Stark thing at all.

Good question about "what happened?" As much as I love Farscape, I'm not a big fan of season 4. Dog With Two Bones was beautiful . Everything that followed, at least up to the mid season break, was riddled with holes.

Thank you so much for your eloquent reviews. I've been a fan of this show since 2000—it's still my favorite. It's easy to dismiss Farscape as silly, as messy, as puppet filled. But episodes like Dog With Two Bones demonstrate that it's not about explosions or ships or Muppets; the story is really about affairs of

It all involves mutual assured destruction; definitely a parallel between the story line and the cold war.

Thank you. There's also a great scene in part two of The Quest; even the commentary talks about the intensity between Ben and Claudia during the scene where Daniel has kind of downloaded Merlin's brain. TPTB said that how wonderful they were together, and how the crew just kind of stopped to watch them work.

LOL @ Eddie re: NCIS. Great minds think alike!

I can't think of any on-screen couple with better chemistry. If you ever have a chance, look at the clips on youtube of the Farscape: Undressed special—it was an intro to season 3 that aired on syfy prior to the season 3 premiere. That was my best friend's intro to Farscape and I think she was sold just because Ben

Your reviews are so deep and detailed; I'm going to miss them.

I think of Stargate as NCIS—the plots tend to be the same thing over and over, but the cast is likable and has good chemistry so you keep watching.

Totally agree with you. Two completely different characters; not even the timbre of the voice is the same, nor the the way she carries herself, etc. Aeryn is all stillness, Vala is never still.
