Because they imprisoned socialists/communists does not mean they can’t still consider themselves socialists - if you look at the current French socialist party, they politically assassinate one another although calling themselves socialists. Hitler fought against them - with all his madness, throwing people in jail…

The point I am making is that the idea of Communism is yet what has killed the most people so far. Whether we call it “communism” or not, the end result has been massive killings and it shouldn’t take away the fact that it comes from a left-wing ideology.

The very simple fact is that the “real” idea of Communism has always led to extremism.

To be clear, I am not by any mean a right/extreme right-wing supporter, but let’s be honest with history, communism has killed far more people than nazism.
