Wow, it seems she’s not Shia ‘bout letting her feelings known.

I am so sorry to hear that. I can’t imagine how hard that must have been to witness.

Now playing

I’m guessing you didn’t see a single review (or the trailer), because it was clear that it was about a guy who was a drug-addicted mess.

Truth. My mom in her 80s I believe had undiagnosed and untreated bipolar, and being a recent convert to Catholicism she saw the COVID19 pandemic as the end times and basically ended her life in Hospice care. Refused to eat or drink, just chose... CHOSE to waste away.

If you went into a movie called Permanent Midnight expecting a lighthearted romp, I think that’s on you.

Yes?

It’s only Thursday. Never give up.

Gregory was found with his service dog, Hans, who also died, in his car in a Chase Bank parking lot in Peoria, AZ, on June 13.”

Well that’s the bleakest thing I’ve read this week....

Oh, that’s really sad. Bipolar disorder and insomnia are a real bitch. The article said he fell asleep in his car. It was 107 degrees that day. I wonder if he was just desperate to get to sleep and the heat did him in. I hope it wasn’t a suicide, sadly there is a high suicide rate for those that struggle with the

He and his loyal companion will not be the only heat-related deaths we see. Poor things, poor family.

It should probably be mentioned that one of the show’s scriptwriters, Jerry Stahl, was deep in heroin addiction when he wrote for that show. His “Permanent Midnight” is on my “to be read” list.

Sounds like the Alf sets had too many cooks...

Gregory was found with his service dog, Hans, who also died, in his car in a Chase Bank parking lot in Peoria, AZ, on June 13. No cause of death has been determined.

I know what you said here was the correct thing to say journalistically, but...

Come on.

It was a high of 107 in Peoria that day.

Biden is done. He’s either incapable or unwilling to push back against the constant effective barrage of GOP propaganda, and that is what is going to do him in.

That’s exactly what I’m saying. It’s not new, it was an open secret, and now they’re suddenly acting like they’re worried when they should have been planning for this. They already looked foolish AND dishonest in 2016.  It looks even more dishonest to make a big deal of it now.  Pretending you didn’t know makes you

Because he’s been able to lay low enough that while plenty of people strongly suspected, his staff and other Dem politicians worked hard to assure the world everything was fine. The debate was the tipping point where his condition was laid so bare that continuing that pretense makes you look straight-up foolish and/or

The Dem Establishment really hurt itself by being hyper-conservative about not challenging leaders at the end of their careers who should be retired. That’s how Feinstein ended up dying in office at age 89 and why we have Biden now with no one good (or at least Trump beatable) to replace him. Special thanks local

He’s right about everything, we all know it, and nothing will happen. I’ll vote against Trump no matter what but more and more I’m feeling resigned to the likelihood that Trump is going to win simply because the Democrats couldn’t force an old man who clearly isn’t fit for office out, run a proper primary, and replace

The bigger problem I see is that the White House has gaslit the American people for essentially two years. Saying this was “a bad night” doesn’t explain the dozens and dozens of mistakes, flubs, bizarre comments, and just lack of awareness that Biden clearly has at times. When the Hur report came out the White House
