Most is water weight up to 8 LBS they say when you start Keto, I am doing about 1000 calories a day though. I was 178 down to 161 as of 3 weeks yesterday.

nah I will just eat better foods, 43 years old and fast food almost daily doesn’t work anymore. Just needed to get the abs back for boat season. 

17 lbs in 3 weeks worked for me.
