I like the IKEA floor lamps with paper shades, they give really great warm light(I'm a science grad student so at home I like to stay away from any bright light that reminds me too much of the labs, hah). Oh, and they have a ton of different Christmas tree-style lights if you're into those.

Oh my god I never made that connection before. You just blew my mind.

UGH I love 7 Little Words SO MUCH. I just can't bring myself to actually pay for more so I have to wait a few months then replay the old sets I have + the daily one.

If Hellboy was real I'd imagine he would give THE BEST hugs in the whole world. Ever.

I'm a good bit of whiskey into the night and all I want to know is WHO ATE ALL MY MISO SOUP?

I'm torn on this subject. I feel like it's awesome that she's encouraging girls to be good at math and totally own their intelligence, but I really hate the way she goes about it. Something about the titles of her books just rubs me the wrong way.

Weird question, here. So I clicked through and is it just me, or did she just roll the hem of that dress up to make it shorter even though that makes it completely obvious at the bottom? I mean, I understand subtlety isn't really her expertise, but at least get it hemmed if you want it that much shorter.

Not if I steal this idea first! Muahahaha

It's mostly a combination of make up and circle lenses. It's the same sort of stuff cosplayers use fairly often to look more like the characters they're trying to portray.

That looks awesome! What is it?

Grown-ass adults make some of the gnarliest sounds when they eat and I hate it. I'm not talking about things that may be customary in other countries (i.e. soup slurping, I'm totally cool with that) but lip smacking and open-mouth chewing. Seat me next to a breastfeeding baby any day.

Diet root beer is the best! My favorite is Barq's, is diet A&W any good?

I know this is only one character, but I absolutely loved Aveline from Assassin's Creed III: Liberation. If you have a Vita or ever get a chance to play some of it, I'd totally recommend it just to play as her.

Does anyone else feel like people who bring up test scores seem to be trying to convince themselves that they "could have gone to Harvard" more than it just being a part of the conversation? I knew an art student in college who after hearing that I majored in bio and minored in math and chemistry (it's what I like! I

Agreed. As much as I dislike the Kardashian's as a whole, I can't deny that Kim is absolutely gorgeous. Kate is pretty, but in a much more average, girl next door, sort of way.

Ugh, between those comments and the awful comments on reddit about Adam Sessler's review (and criticism of the "bros before hos" trophy) of God of War: Ascension I'm pretty much done with the internet today.

Oh my god, the wheelers and Mombi still terrify me. That film is amazing.

Honestly, I'm working a $12/hour position right now in my field of study(which started at $9/hour) and I'm making it work and applying to graduate schools at the same time. I never expected a career position immediately after school. It's also in the STEM field so I don't know where people get the assumption we're all

Nope, mine goes straight under the bed at the sight of a vacuum. It's the same response he has whenever anyone goes near my roommate's drum set.

Wait... you mean it wasn't about John Stamos?
