I watched an old episode of I Love Lucy the other night because I watched it after school growing up in the 90s and loved it. It’s been years. My. God. She spent half the episode being screamed at by Ricky and physically cowering at times. Fucking YIKES.

That entire movie was an abomination.

I don’t agree with “it’s just a dog,” but...I am also surprised at how people will react to an abused dog, donate money to a dog who needs surgery, but don’t seem to have the same compassion for abused children who are also innocent.

I think I’ve outgrown this site at 37. I can’t figure out what the everloving fuck the writers are trying to do anymore.

I think the constant phone usage and the opioid problem we have in this country could be contributing factors to the increase in these incidents.

I agree with you 100%. Accidental or not, you still have to be held accountable.

It is 100% negligent. That doesn’t mean it can’t happen to a good parent, but it’s still negligence.
