I don’t know how unusual this is in the US, but seems wild for a state agency to step in and try to set aside a settlement negotiated by a federal agency. Good for them. There definitely seem to be some legitimate issues.

Definitely. They actually made a couple of announcements yesterday — I believe the other was about an accessibility initiative, though aimed more at their workforce than consumers. It’s nice that there are some companies out there that don’t make me feel conflicted about spending money on their products.
