That is a stunning list of accomplishments. Hats off to Kazuma Kiryu!!

I’m in the same boat with Hollow Knight. I loved it to death, but some of the “endgame” stuff is incredibly hard. I didn’t finish all of it, either. I still didn’t feel like I missed out on anything though, which is good. The way it’s presented is just like, it’s there if you want it, but no worries if you are done.

I really enjoy the fact that it sounds like you’re playing several different games instead of just one. Baseball stories? Clan creator minigames? Okay, sure...

Still working on TLOU2 after only playing maybe an hour or two in the past week due to other commitments. I know I’m close to the end, but I’m at the point where every combat encounter is more of an irritation than anything else. I just want the story to keep moving so I can see what happens. I still like the game, I

How could anyone not like this guy? I honestly didn’t know anything about him before The Witcher series, but after watching a ton of interviews with him, he seems bright, charismatic, nerdy... and JFC is he ever handsome. Like, I’m a straight guy, but maybe I don’t have to be...

Pork is criminally underrated by a lot of people. I think a lot of the marketing of chicken as a lower-fat white meat gave it a bad rap, but I know lots of people who say they don’t really eat pork until they try it again and love it. Fat = flavor, people. Don’t be afraid.

I know that feeling. A lot of my work is smaller things that I can take care of in a couple of hours (or even when those things are all on the same file, they can be done piecemeal so it’s not so overwhelming) with the occasional Big Important Thing that will take many hours of very detail-oriented work to complete.

Happy birthday! Mine is in a couple of weeks, and I wholeheartedly agree with you: ice cream cake = best cake.

This. I don’t mind the formal writing, but I cannot sell myself. I don’t know how to start. Trying to even write my bio for our website was painful.

Yes! Pretty sure you can rent a yurt there! But I think they book up fast...

The Oregon coast is gorgeous. I did a roadtrip all down the coast of WA & OR what seems like a lifetime ago in my shitty 1987 VW Golf and the whole thing was amazing. Should be a great place for a family gathering.

That’s so far out that I’d guess it’s totally unpredictable. You’d be in second wave territory by then.

I’m consider myself lucky that my younger sister (who I am closest with out of the three) moved back to Vancouver from Calgary a couple of years ago with her husband and three kids. My mom is also still in town, so I get to see family relatively regularly. My other two sisters (and the remaining five nieces & nephews)

Even worse, I wouldn’t be surprised if eventually some game gets removed from the platform, screwing over the subset of subscribers who bought it. My guess is that would cause the whole thing to collapse.

I can’t imagine how frustrating it must be to watch as every level of government fumbles the ball on managing this virus. They’re choosing PR over public safety and it’s killing people. Just unbelievable. Please stay safe and take care of those who you can...

Happy birthday!

Invert Y!

I didn’t see any snakes, but yesterday during my bike ride I saw a black bear running up the sidewalk in a fairly urban area across the street from me. Bears are a regular sight on the north shore, so it’s not too much of an event, but all the traffic slowed down to get a look and/or try to avoid hitting him/her if he

I frequently miss tabletop RPGs. I think about them a lot even though it’s been 25ish years since I last played one. But I remember them always taking forever. We were teenagers, so we literally had all day and it was almost never enough to finish what we wanted to do. So while I still think about them frequently, I

I think I’m in 4-digit territory. On both PS3 and PS4. I’ve played it a lot.
