PleebeHop?

That’s awesome, and yes I expect the guardian to have a leash (a VISIBLE leash) in their hand. I used to train dogs as a former vet tech and shelter worker. Though it’s not rocket science, I am still impressed when I see an under-control dog. I wish everyone would consider this part of dog guardianship. 🙂

The law in CT says your dog must be under your control at all times. That means your dog is by your side, not running ahead - and does not approach other people or dogs.

I led a program one time with a woman and her mom who had medical issues and could not walk well. We had an amazing time, at the end of the program we were all laughing, joking and having a great time. Then some college kids can’t along with “friendly” off-leash dogs who knocked this woman to the ground. She and her

I find this attitude extremely bizarre. It’s almost as though someone who wants to inappropriately put their hands on others cannot, so they have their dog do it for them.

Nature guide here. Good list! Please allow me to underscore 2 things.

Now playing

This is the moment that made me fall in love with him (sorry, couldn’t find it on YouTube but hopefully it works)? He wipes out on the ATV, nearly gets himself killed then awkwardly leaps up in the air with 2thumbs up. The segment after was even funnier, where he jokes that this should be his memorial video. Really

And he didn’t sell his family down the river.

Oh hell no, George Will and other douchebags have always made that magazine a birdshit catcher.

Awesome!! 👏👏👏

I crave them too, isn’t that weird?! But the cravings did become mild and totally tolerable after a year or so. I wouldn’t light up again for any reason, I’m too damned happy.

I mean, do you WANT to quit? I posted a comment a ways down the page that has the tricks I used (somewhat unique IMO) but just disregard this reply if not.

I quit in 1996. I didn’t go cold turkey, fuck that. It took me 2 years to taper off but my best trick was I stopped buying cigarettes and made myself beg them off of friends or coworkers. The social stress alone was good motivation. What they don’t tell you is that you feel amazing in so many ways and soon after you

The victims did NOT do everything right. Not to criticize them at all - hell anyone would have panicked in that situation. But - according to Guardian UK reports, after they did the right moves, they both tried to ride away on their bikes. That’s when the cat attacked them a second time.

Oh don’t worry, if you keep your “maiden” name, even if you scream it from the rooftops people will STILL call you by your husband’s last name / personal experience.

Cheers

Oh hi?... 🤣🤣 That’s me. Greys, no idea why. I’m assuming you can’t even see this comment......

Totally agree with you and thank you for bringing this up. One side note: the vast majority of violence like mass shootings is perpetrated by sane people. The mentally ill are much more likely to be the victims of violence. Also, being mentally unwell is different than chronic mental illness. Usually though it’s men

This right here is why you always have your cell phone charged and ready to record. God invented Yelp for a reason.

It’s kind of obscene that parents need to be told this to begin with. If your kids are running through the restaurant, bothering diners or keeping servers distracted, you suck as a parent. Your child is not just your child, they are part of the community as well. Make sure they act like it.
