Just another reason to avoid Florida. When the big plague hits, I’m sure it’ll start there too. As will the apocalypse. Everything, but the rapture. God put Florida last on the list in hopes that he reaches maximum capacity before he gets to them.

And just in case the mosquitoes are feeling constricted in their ability to cross borders, there’s a handy-dandy little event coming up in Brazil at which they can bite people from every corner of the globe, sending them home infected to infect others, get bitten by their local mosquitoes, etc. Yippee! What could go…
The toys were put on clearance by some outlets even before the move was released, so I don’t really trust Mattel’s statement here.
I don’t know anybody who has seen it or even really wants to see it.
Not really. If anything, she has become more and more connected and less nervous as she had been after her breakdown.
completely agree, that comment was revolting. would you derisively refer to someone as the medication for their physical illness? fucking doubt it.
Agreed. I take Ativan for panic attacks. Does that make me a walking benzo?
Yeah ... put a tilt to this that I couldn’t shake, dangit. Would have been funnier without it. What was cool, though, was seeing other folks saying something.
Thank you. I guess Bobby thinks it’s funny to either make fun of addicts (until, what, they die... then it’s not cool, bro!) or make fun of the mentally ill.
Agreed. The rest of the piece was funny but that was a truly just plain horrible thing to say.
Same. Not cool.
Well yeah Hillary Clinton and Billy Clinton. Not so shocking at all.
Never care what words she is singing. I love Britney no matter what. Even the terrible song she and Jamie Lynn sang together. Come at me. I don’t care!
I don’t know but I think it’s pretty low to call her a walking benzo.
@whichwitch: Ah, ok. I'm still not really sure you could call Beyonce a ripoff though, because her mother's been making really over-the-top outfits for her for ages.
@angelina jolie-laide is a gaudy tulip: Gaga is one of the few "pop" performers who I have been driven to see live in concert. Most pop is just lip-syncing in trashy outfits... Gaga is live singing in crazy outfits, with hilarious stage patter. (That said, I'm aware that this is only special for pop concerts, and not…
@angelina jolie-laide is a gaudy tulip: I don't know.. I find Lady Gaga's music crosses over multiple fan bases.. I have seen theater geeks, club goers, gym freaks (I would rather not say "meatheads" since it would betray my Jersey roots), middle aged adults, and a whole smorgasboard of people find her music…
@angelina jolie-laide is a gaudy tulip: It's not that she's changing music. No one is changing music. Music has been the same forever. It's the fact that she is bringing things to the forefront that have been disregarded or ignored or written off as gimmicks, serving it to people in an accessible way, and doing…
@whichwitch: You know, I'm going to have to stick up for Beyonce here and say she isn't ripping off Lady Gaga. They're both terrific singers, they can both dance up a storm while singing, but that does not a ripoff make.
@angelina jolie-laide is a gaudy tulip: I don't know about everyone else but, for me at least, recently music's sole appeal has been auditory. Lady GaGa has made the visual side of music awesome and interesting again, from her insane/awesome outfits, to her artistic and statement-making music videos.
