This woman was talking about New York City. Her idea had been that the revolution would bring better parks to New York, and beautiful places to live, and day-care centers, and hospices. Her idea was that New York should be human. Now, this is simply a mistake. New York is an inhuman machine put together to serve the

I had a 86 300sdl until a couple of years ago. One cannot describe the level of pimpery felt behind the wheel of a s-class no matter the age.

'MURICA, FUCK YEAH

you need to stop doing drugs.

Looking through the holes however and that wheel cover might be writing checks that those front drum brakes can't cash.

There is your normal shady used car lot and there is record level of fraud for the the state of CA shady...

why would and is anyone is surprized that a used car sales lot is shady

Buying cars at wholesale auctions where mileage is recorded and THEN rolling them back. Amateur hour.

Or not to sound like a corny commercial, show me the carfox?

No, the solution is a new 4 lane tunnel. BART is already at full capacity. The new trains will add slightly more capacity. BART extensions are just exacerbating this capacity issue. Transit is expected to grow tremendously in the coming years. Investing in a longer term solution is the answer.

similar tunnels in other 24 hour systems seem to function ok, and infrequent late night service could simply use one side of the tunnel while the other remains closed.

is it possible for you guys to start approving comments more quickly?

The history is great, but could've done without the typical gawker media snark with the assumption that some unimplemented idea from 100years ago would work perfectly with 0 problems and is therefore smarter and better than what we have now. I guess if it makes you feel better about yourself go ahead and be snarky

by the way, if you are wondering why BART doesn't run 24 hours a day, BART says its due to the need for work crews to travel, set-up, work, and break down equipment in the tunnel. BART wasnt actually built with 24 hour service in mind, either.

That is all well and nice but what is really a shame was what happened to the key system. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Key_Syste… The bay bridge had two lanes on the bottom deck for it. Killed by the auto. Now we pay billions for bart.

Welcome to Jalopnik, where the rules are made up and the points don't matter.

Dat deck

It's not.... Um.... In the best area. On Murfreesboro Rd across from the old Aladdin facility. If you like quirky European cars and crack whores, then you my friend have a full day ahead of you.

Congratulations on temporarily doubling the Jewish population of Oklahoma.
