There are almost always announcements at touchdown about all those things. I’ve never seen much disregard of those announcemnts. But when the plane is stopped at the gate usually a lot of people get up and take their luggage out of the bin and then stand there for ten minutes. 

Ewww. Anyway if you don’t fit reasonably into one of the cheap seats there are usually wider seats in one or two other classes you should choose. Same thing goes if you are 6'8". Someone else is spending 75% of their income on a tiny apartment, someone else got cancer, someone paid double for a last minute plane…

Since I’m always in the cheap seats I recline v...e....r....y  s...l...o...w...l...y

Those and the other GM four spokers violate the dividing a wheel in quarters prohibition. 

Particularly the black ones.

That is one wheel (or similar) that has always bugged me. They are all zig zaggy for no structural reason, and in fact probably have extra pounds of metal that do nothing structurally.

Actually it’s one of the few cars its age I do see around the NE now and then. But obviously it’s also noticeable. And I always thought they were very well styled if you accept the retroness. Also practical. About six years ago I was looking for something and considered one. There were a lot of very low mileage ones…

There is a confusion in the writing. The driver no doubt was belted in and inside the car. The 56 year old woman must have in the dealership but somehow not prefaced in the post.

Anything fairly modern is pretty safe. Wanting a stick shift in a “fun” car for a new teen driver is kinda questionable in the first place though. A safe car wrapped around a tree at high speed is not a good thing.

Remember "defensive driving"? The basic idea is that you constantly project all of the possibilities, or the worst possibilities of what every other actor on the road around you might do, not just what they all should do.

It's an arty retro thing recalling the original one. Always reminds me of a Vespa. I think the lower pic is the later on incorporating a screen. I don't know about function but every detail looks like it would be fun to look at over and over to me.

Tesla steering wheels look old and cheap to me, and isn't it handy to have more controls on there like other cars?

On some cars like at least some Hondas you can pull the insanely too far forward head rests out and stick tbem back in backwards and gain about two inches of clearance. The back side is padded and they don’t even look that stupid.

Or shoot them, which is exactly what he meant the first time, no matter that he lied about it the next day as usual
