But is it really free??? Those games are tied to your Xbox Live, Nintendo Online or PS+ accounts. Once you cancel your subscription it’s gone forever. With epic there is no subscription and the games are completely free.

“WTF is this?” one person referencing Almalki’s comment asked FaZe Clan’s account. “I don’t agree with how he went about it, but it’s his religion and we have to respect it just like people apart of the lgbtq community should be respected,” another replied.

Environmentally friendly scams are still scams. Innovation in scamming is not something anyone should be open to.

Lived long enough to become the villain, I see

People just use the term “indie” now if it isn’t a massive AAA title. Devolver is a publisher. The games they publish might not have budgets in the hundreds of millions, but they aren’t indies.

Old-school shooters don’t require you to restart a level or return to a checkpoint when you die. That’s consoles.

Looks pretty promising, and I’m digging the resurgence in retro FPS’s, buuuuut...

You can’t believe it because you’re privileged enough not to have to deal with the actual issues that the people who are made to wear these sorts of uniforms in real life have to deal with, and you’re also not empathetic enough to understand the perspective of another fellow human being, and how such a thing might

I’m not sure that’s very conclusive... in the clip where the pro player is focusing on a single point, he’s clearly shooting at several enemies between the train cars. Of course, if you were shooting for this long in one place, your eyes would focus in one spot, even if you are a noob.

The proper term isn’t downvotes, it’s “surprise disagreements.”

Nintendo seems to excel and not giving people what they want.  It drives me nuts.

One step forward, two steps back.

I think you missed the MO here. Valve = bad. Epic = good. Posting articles that make Valve look good or Epic look bad would undermine that.

Oh haven’t you heard? The Kotaku brand of staunch pro-Epic defenders will happily tell you that “the Epic store isn’t missing anything that’s actually important”. I’m not even kidding, I’ve seen someone try to argue that “a shopping card isn’t an important feature for an online store”, and focusing on it just

The development roadmap still exists, they just no longer put how long it will be until those features are implemented.

How fucking hard is it not to say this stuff? Grown-ass adults on the internet still calling people “faggot,” “retarded,” “autistic,” “or worse. I get it if you’re 13 and still don’t know any better, or you’re in your stupid edgy teenager phase. But you’re not. Grow the fuck up.

Man even when there hasn’t been any recent review bombs or harassment you guys still manage to write an article about it.  How about an article about how Epic has abandoned their Epic store development roadmap?  Seems like news to me that the company throwing millions at exclusives cant seem to get even the most basic

Which is why Kotaku’s coverage is so fucking tired on this issue. The accusation that this is Valve’s fault, that it started on Steam and not twitter/reddit/etc., is just garbage.

Don’t feel bad Steam, people were going to do that regardless.

Hi there. Allow me to introduce myself. I'm a 21 year old college student with one parent from the Baby Boomer age, and one from Generation X.
