A $110,000 Wrangler?
It still looks better than any Subaru I can think of. I actually like the Envista, a lot, just not the engine. Its a hatchback, not a SUV. People need to get over it. Put in a 4-cyl, slightly more potent but nothing crazy, some visual tweaks and retro graphic touches inside and out, and make a GNX trim package. Sales.
I feel sorry for Suleman Dawood, the nineteen yr old, he was basically guilt tripped into being there with his dad. The rest of them were grown ass adults who oughta have known better, but they dragged a kid along with them to his death.
The issue with forums is that almost every car can look problematic when you just go off of what you’re seeing on a forum. Every model has some issues, it’s often very difficult to gauge how widespread the problems are just going off what you read on forums.
I suspect it happened before they even knew they were in serious trouble. Composites don’t typically give much warning before they fail.
I’ve dealt with enough people that think that money and brilliance can overcome physics. And it never ends well.
And it’s a confession he has already put out on full display in his first term. When he campaigned he talked shit all the time about Obama golfing so much while claiming he would be so busy he would never get to golf. Fast-forward to winning and he was out golfing more than in the oval office while trying to keep the…
Call me idiot or poor, I don’t care
““Nobody’s going to work from home, they’re going to be going out, they’re gonna play tennis, they’re gonna play golf. They’re gonna do a lot of things—they’re not working.””
Remember when Trump said he would be too busy during his first term to even play golf after making so much noise about Obama golfing?
“This is what happens when you have someone with too much money and not enough sense in charge of things that ignores the rules.”
Looking at the Tahoe/Yukon, why would it only be the odd years but no mention of 2016, 2018, etc?
There used to be a lot more parking.
Honestly, I wish he would go back to the golf course. He needs to be lying with a pencil and not a pen again.
They may have alternated in-office days so that situations like this didn’t occur.
First, it’s always humourous to see people like Trump and Musk, who are famously almost never in an office and constantly on social media, bitching about people working remotely!
And now most of these workers will be fired for 1) being late to clock-in because nowhere to park, 2) not sitting at their assigned desk, one that doesn’t exist because nowhere to sit, and/or 3) they’re Black/Hispanic/Not-hot women/gay/seem gay/have a gay friend.
during the winter months in the regions where snow falls, I find Tesla cars never clear the snow of their cars, or their lights... its as if they thought they can push a button or something and the snow will magically be removed...
Tesla refusing to take back the truck is actually appropriate. People being rude to you is not a defect in materials or workmanship. Heck if he drove it through a car wash he could probably get a lemon law buy back. OTOH the CyberCucks have reaped what they have sown. A giant symbol of fealty to the cult of Elon…
Which is probably why Tesla won’t take it as a trade in; they know there’s at least some expensive damage hiding under that wrap, but not how much. There’s also a chance that they made an offer low enough to cover the uncertainty, but this guy thinks he’s owed full msrp.
