Totally understandable. One thing about the tilt-head model, also, is that you can’t lift it up too close to any protruding kitchen cabinets or it’ll run into them.
Personally, I know I would use one; my problem is lack of counter and cabinet space.
I would *maybe* find use for such a thing twice a year. Absolutely not worth the investment in my household. Not that I would turn it down if one left to me in a rich relative’s will.
