Love me some Tom. Missed NPoCP dearly in the past week as I refrained from visiting this site in support.

I haven’t seen the movie, but 2002 puts it in a time when teens generally didn’t have cell phones, and the general public didn’t have phone with cameras on them (for, say, when you see a giant red panda on the street). I wonder if that turns out to be important, since cell phones make a lot of common movie plot

I think that topic is important but I needed a little more discussion of the film itself, agreed. Is the pacing and plot good, how are the visuals, etc. I still feel I know nothing about the movie.

This felt like a discussion of the cast rather than the film.

It felt like a lot longer than just a week. I didn’t even have the time to grow my beard out, à la David Letterman.

Welcome back everyone.  ive actually had to work at work instead of reading the site.

Welcome back Rob and Jalopnik!

Adding Michael B. Jordan to a Will Smith joint gives it maybe 65-75% more star power. Definitely not twice as much

You do not fuck with Rachel Ray. That’s what I learned from her episode.

The AV Club, Onion, Takeout, and Deadspin are all fully staffed; this is their normal content...

The Arby’s spicy fish is pretty good actually, and I prefer the regular bun to the King’s Hawaiian, as a sweet bread with fish, meh.

It’s definitely funny to be confronted with a traditional receipt with tip line at these places.

Bringining this out of the grays, because this article needed to reference The Road to Wellville.

They’re rehashing their fish coverage for a slideshow as Lent starts, this isn’t complicated.

They were actually invented because one of his elderly patients kept breaking her false teeth on the original cereal he invented and he was trying something softer for her. That’s where the first batch came from.

Here is video of it burning.

“Wait, and we’re supposed to put it in a container, too? Isn’t the basket good enough?”
*sigh*

OMG.

Who would try to air fry soup, for crissake?
