But the changing fucks everyone up. It fucks with your sleep cycles. It fucks with little children’s schedules (napping/feeding, etc). I’m all in for permanent DST but I’ll gladly go either way as long as there’s no more fucking changing.

The switch back and forth is the bigger problem. My vote is to stay on DST full time for the extra afternoon/evening daylight. But regardless, not having to switch back and forth anymore will be amazing no matter which way it goes.
(Inc)El Camino.
to make up for the average American’s refusal to consider changing their fueling habits
EV’s still use petroleum-based wiring, gear oils, etc etc. Get off your high horse dumbass.
STFU, nobody likes you or your shit opinions.
*to. It’s 2024, come the fuck on already
Typical Jalopnik “journalist”
What. The. Fuck. Was that pile of garbage?
Jalopnik you can do better.
Another stupid thoughtless Bellend article.
Then when the snow melts the water mixes with the brine and guess what? It sprays all over everything, including the underside of your car. Just like the granular salt we currently use.
Can I fit myself, my wife and 5 children (2 in car seats) in a Golf with 2 strollers? LOL no. Better yet, can I fit them all in a Golf and tow my boat? Or my enclosed trailer with ATV’s in it? Nope. I’ll keep my Yukon XL.
LOL like you expect a Jalopnik writer to do actual research?
Or it’s like here in MA with tinted windshields and 5% all around - the cops just give tickets and the people pay them and just keep driving with them because they don’t care.
Another shitty stupid headline from Bellend.
Do you have any idea how many auto MFR’s (both domestic and foreign) have plants in the southern states?
Also I thought all the incels were the ones that hated electric cars. Now they drive them? Fucking Bellend and his shit takes. Again.
Mr Wheel deal is where I got mine. wheels and tires, TPMS sensors, balanced, ready to go. They didn’t sell the brand I wanted but they sourced them and put the package together. It all arrived in my driveway on a pallet.
Yep, did something similar. Put snows on the OEM 16" wheels and bought a nice set of aftermarket 17" ones with summer tires to use the other 6-8 months of the year.
