Washer detergents can be too harsh on non-stick coatings and will wear them down over time. I never put anything non-stick into the dishwasher.

The store where I go grocery shopping is plastic bags only (plus reusable) but they have a bin in the entryway where you can drop off the used bags for recycling.

RE: Anti-fog. Anti-fog is a must. My only gripe is it tends to be only on one side of some lenses. I bought prescription motorcycle glasses (there’s a foam seal to keep wind from getting into your eyes) and they’re only coated on the outsides.
