Did a pickup order once during the pandemic. Never dealing with that shit again. Fucking substitutions that you don’t want or things they didn’t get and didn’t bother substituting for. Then I have to go BACK to the store and get what I want anyways.

I hate that part where it thinks you didn’t scan an item. The attendant never watched the video anyway, they just scan their card and hit OK lol. Also bought a few cans of brake cleaner at walmart last weekend and got the stupid 18 or over thing, but it lets you keep scanning while the attendant comes over at least.

Thankfully the store I usually go to has disabled the scales on the self-checkout things. Having to put a bag in the car to make room would always trigger it. Hasn’t in a couple years now.
