Pumpkin stuffed with everything good. I also made that acorn squash stuffed with apple and sausage that’s making its way around Facebook. It was ok, but disappointing after the pumpkins. Really took advantage of gourd season this last weekend.

That is NOT alfredo sauce. It may be a very nice cauliflower sauce, but alfredo it ain’t.
