That salary is honestly not that high. She’s taking the higher ground but she could easily point out what the salary is of any lobbyist, or lawyer, or even international development professional in the DC area (World Bank, etc), and how it is comparable or well-under.

NYTimes has had some really basic reporting about Fiorina lately. Every single one has been “Woman Can’t Help But Love Her— Even If They Hate Her!”

No, I totally agree! The only thing I would add is that as president or in a campaign, she would be given a much larger platform for her views, but in general, I love that she’s working away in Congress. They really need it.

I actually think she’d be more effective as a senator, though I would love for her to have a larger platform to espouse views like this. People need to hear “respectable” (white) people telling the truth about what’s going on in our country.
