Agreed. Even more so - when I think “PlayStation” I no longer imagine the 1.0 white design, but the PS3 slim box.

Please welcome him and call him Norman.

Huh. He fixed the glitch.

Lost my only SimCity 4 successful city. I’ve reinstalled the game a thousand times since but I’ve never fully played it again.

My video game hell, always and forever.

she made a few requests”

Game Boy, always and forever. I upgraded to a yellow Game Boy Pocket because after years of lugging around my OG, they discovered it ran on less batteries and lasted longer, so they ponied up for one.

Now playing

I never played Pilotwings as a game, but as a starter game for SNES, it definitely has that same boppy/modern/pulpy 16-bit music that I love.

Agreed, though the price for two games I already own (64 and Galaxy) plus a game I never got to play (Sunshine) for 60 bucks (and only a physical edition available at Best Buy) is a bit steep, especially if I plan to splurge for Super Mario 3D World for... also 60 bucks.

Some people actually grew up with the All-Stars versions, as difficult as that might be to believe. My younger cousin basically wrote me saying “FINALLY” when this was announced, as All-Stars wasn’t included in the SNES Classic launch.

As for the 3D All-Stars Collection, that’s probably limited to they can slap Mario 64 on N64 Online whenever that gets launched.

You want tablets? You got tablets. You want tablets on your tablets on your console on your car? You got them. Tablets is the name of the game.

I look forward to playing the shiz out of this.

3D World was separately announced, available in February on the Switch.

I think if you want a metal-roof targa, then the Mazda MX-5 RF is like right there.

I really hope Moe Davis cleans the floor with this guy (though I haven't found polls of the race).

The only way I want KITT on a movie screen is if it is within the Fast and Furious universe, a la Hobbs & Shaw. Imagine the Torettos with a talking car. It's only the natural evolution of the franchise.

Luckily, Akira is enjoyable on many levels.

I’m going to throw, next to Mario 3, World, and Yoshi’s Island, one of my favorites from my childhood: Tiny Toons Adventures for both SNES and Game Boy.

A lot of people came into gaming with the N64, though.
