I feel like this just super isn’t true. Are we calling Wanda Sykes and Charlie Murphy’s roles on Arrested Development Token? Outside of Larry, his wife, his friend/agent and that guy’s wife I can’t even think of any other recurring characters on the show.

That’s the point of the show. He’s an asshole who you hate, but is always right.

As a black person in New York who cant afford to go to Hamilton, who listens to rich white partners at her law firm gush to her about Hamilton constantly while giving her knowing looks (“I’ve seen it 5 times! I just love it! You just have to see it!”), this is 100% on the money. I haven’t seen it and I’m over it.

Rupaul made this call a few weeks ago on his podcast “What’s the Tee”. It’s the rich white’s right of passage into “coolness”.
