You missed the one that would be not only most ridiculous—but most awesome.

Well one of the 3 could be Beth, who is just missing and not dead. The other 2 could easily be one of the newer characters who aren't part of the core group. My money's on one of them being the guy who knows the cure—because WD would be the show to rip hope away like that.

WHY IS THIS NOT A THING, YET?!?

Similarly kept my 5s naked as it didn't seem to need any protection from day to day use, but my gf got me a couple of cheap cases that give it a little character.

Honorable mention to the old Dole Cannery pineapple water tower in Honolulu, HI, long since dismantled. I still remember seeing it every time my family drove on the H1 freeway and thinking how weird/cool it was.

The stairs in Denmark remind me of the ones that lead to a blue box in the clouds...

Creeped me out when I saw that face in the trailer—probably the main reason I have yet to watch the movie!

I agree! Great movie, creepy moments aplenty—not scary.

Just watched this for the first time ever recently (after many years of people giving me the "you STILL haven't seen it?!" look. A cool film (pun VERY intended!), but not scary at all to me. If I was younger it probably would have affected me like "Aliens," where I briefly watched the first almost chest-burst dream

Thanks, BBC, but I'll just wait for the eventual complete series boxset with bonus deerstalker hat and mini magnifying glass that you had better be preparing.

I don't know why, but this screencap kinda spooks me—as if I was really having a gun pointed at me...I guess just an example of good cinematography.

Despite the anti-climatic ending I LOVE "War of the Worlds," and the look of the Tripods in the Spielberg version still send chills through me when they pop up and just annihilate everything/everyone in their way.

I was hoping they would keep his signature diamond emblem—what is this, an arrow pointing down? (just realized the red makes it look like a bomb dropping as well)

But HOW did shooting the arrow into the hull of ship get the engine to power through getting into orbit?

They did—like 3-4 times!

Vader didn't have any idea he even had kids until after the Battle of Yavin, let alone a twin boy and girl. I also don't think he would be able to feel a family connection through the Force.

A recent example for me was one of my friends didn't like "Days of Future Past" because he couldn't believe Sentinels could exist in the 1970s... I honestly try to respect others' opinions, but since he is a huge comic book movie fan his opinion confounds and irks me.

The first time I saw "Groundhog Day" (I think I was pretty young, maybe in junior high) I thought it was slightly humorous and the lack of explanation as to why the time-loop is happening, as well as how exactly it stops, was annoying. As I grew older and read articles about its philosophical and religious messages

Scrolled down looking for this clip!

Don't know if it qualifies as a "twist" per se, but I was shocked by the first season finale of "American Horror Story," wondering how they were going to continue the story. All of a sudden, news about the show changing every season came out and I was relieved to learn the season was standalone—though it would have
