Hah I will have to consult my husband on some of the finer details and get back to you. Mostly they are more about the crazy world of working in "nice" kitchens (if you saw the finale of Broad City where Amy Poehler is the chef at a fancy restaurant you'll know what I mean haha).
Please continue with this series, it is all SO GREAT. My father in law is a chef so I've heard some stories and have a personal policy of AT LEAST 20% or $5 (if 20% of the bill is a pittance). For good service at my regular places I almost always do 25-30%.
