Eh this is the first one I could find - I was at PAX Prime this year and some major western game (Firefall I think?) featured a life-size statue of the female character and her armor left one leg and a butt cheek (plus 90% of both boobs) entirely exposed. It's definitely not just Japan.

It's a shitty mainstream game with a played-out theme/topic, big surprise that they go for shock and awe in their promotional strategy. I'm 1000x more offended by female "armor" that is clearly designed only for boner generation.
