If he wanted to “act Presidential” he would investigate what happened to Ryan Owens, thank his wife for his service, apologize for the mistakes in the raid that lead to his death, and promise to never make those mistakes again.

He tried to defend them by keeping it in his video? If he actually wanted to defend them he would have NEVER left it in his video. He makes and edits all his videos together so he WANTED to show it. You can’t defend something you throw out into the public and act like you never wanted it when you CHOOSE to do it.

He chose to have that message in his videos. He chose it. He could have done the ‘joke’ with dozens of other phrases, but he CHOSE an anti-semitic message. He WANTED an anti-semitic message in his videos.

Oh just think on the very last part of his statement you quoted for a moment:

“As laughable as it is to believe that I might actually endorse these people, to anyone unsure on my standpoint regarding hate-based groups: No, I don’t support these people in any way.”

No shit. I’ll forgive a lot of things if they’re actually funny. This is just lazy “ironic” bigotry.

There’s nothing controversial about it, especially considering people actually believe it. They believed it in the past, and it led to the holocaust, and scum rising today believe it to.

I’m ignorant on this, don’t watch his channel and this is the first story about this I’ve read, but let me understand.
