I predict Vane is going to ally himself with none other that Edward Teach - Blackbeard. Historically, Teach was second in command to Captain Hornigold. I think it was the bearded Teach who appeared in Vane's fevered visions. Blackbeard is going to show Vane the true power of the darkside, lol.
