Pretty sure that top screen shot is actually from Mike Diva's parody "Japanese Donald Trump Commercialトランプ2016," at the 0:38 point. Though I guess Diva could have been the one swiping it and not the other way around, that's where I first saw it. I'm guessing links aren't allowed, but you can find it easily on YouTube.
