@British_Looks_British_Reliabil...: The shade of green is right. It's those black strips and the yellow stripe down the middle that are completely fucking out of place and really don't belong. The belly pan really is asinine too. Why do you need to cover up all the interesting bits.

While the technical execution is fine, I feel like Foose missed a real opportunity here. All he did is take the tractor and make it look like a standard Foose rod. I think that customizing a tractor would give an opportunity to do something different than usual. And while I can't quite put my finger on what that

@Electro Gyrocator: John Deere can build all the parts to make a new one from scratch if they want to. Deere has old casting molds and tooling sitting around for every tractor they've made, back to way before this one, stored in case restorers need parts made.

Russia definitely builds the best trucks.

Now we need a comparison ring time for Travis Pastrana's mattrack'd WRX STi.

@leavethegun-takethecannoli: I'd be willing to bet not more than 700. The 90 degree hose bends between the turbo and the supercharger don't even have clamps on the supercharger side. Any significant boost would blow that off. Plus, the rest of the setup looks fairly hokey. If the owner was willing to spend some

@skay¢og: Time to pick up some sponsors to offset the cost of ownership!

@jon_daniels: The only people who call them "America's Team" are Cowboys fans. Everyone else hates them. The Cowboys are to football what the Yankees are to baseball, complete with a jackass owner.

@Nurburgring: The ZR1 is a great car, I'm not denying that. But a beast of a street car (even with a significant power advantage) is still generally no match for a full-out race prepped car.

@Nurburgring: Well, yeah. It's a race car. Of course it's pricey. But a race prepped car will usually have a significant advantage in weight, in addition to stickier tires and better suspension tuning. I don't think there's very many instances where a legitemate street car could compete with an FIA approved race

That thing is hot sex. I'm not the biggest fan of the looks of the normal Z4, but the fender flares and hardtop make it look so much more muscular.

@Nurburgring: I kind of doubt that a stock ZR1 would be competitive with an FIA GT3 class racer. Maybe at the dragstrip, but otherwise I think not.

This is just getting more and more ridiculous all the time.

@Blitzschnell: I'm pretty sure the Z06 only has one scavenge section in its dry-sump system, so as far as dry-sumps go, it's pretty low rent.

@fastm3driver: Yes you can prove it. Look at the concentration of CO2 in the atmosphere. Here's a hint: it's been going up at an exponential rate since the industrial revolution.

@stopcrazypp: They're not necessarily two different people. I live in downtown Madison, WI. And if my destination is somewhere around campus or downtown, I walk or bike. I do it because parking is a pain, it's good for me, and it's good for the environment. I still love cars and driving, and would love to see fun,

@badco/LoJ: The people who rail against the hybrid sports cars have given up without even trying. They've already decided that there's no way possible for the technology to make the cars better or more fun to drive.

@Ray Wert: Why not? Because they didn't want to, maybe. Or because they couldn't meet their performance goals with an only-electric powertrain. But when Ferrari or Porsche build an electric supercar, I'll be excited to see that too. In the meantime, though, I'm still interested in these cars.

@Matt Hardigree: And there's absolutely no way to do things differently with existing hybrid technology to make it perform better? Hybrid technology has reached its zenith, and everyone may as well stop development now, because it can't get any better? Admittedly, I haven't been keeping up with tech briefs, so it

@camaroman: Haha! A GT-R warranty joke! I've never heard that one before!
