I think the pic shows actual noodles. There’s no way eggplant noodles look like that. No knife will ever get you that shape :D

The noodles in the photo are round. I haven’t ever seen a knife that can do that.

I’m a big Evernote user, been pro for years, was user 140,000-ish of 5 million+. I have my document archive in EN, my task lists (work and personal), code snippets, project development stuff...it just goes on and on.
