Such an amazing and innovative fps for its time. I still play NOLF2 on my Steamdeck thanks to a “modernized homebrew port” that was released a while ago. The franchise has been on a licensing limbo for decades. Hopefully MS is able to sort it out and resuscitate the franchise.

Now playing

Now, any chance they can discover the old Sierra/Monolith game No One Lives Forever 2 actually belongs to them now? Probably not, but one can wish the game could be remastered or remade...

I could go for another Pitfall game.

Hexen I believe is actually happening and what a day that will be. We might see WOW finally hit console to. I also pray they plan to release some of the devs from the COD cage. Sure they said 10 years but they didn't say a game a year anymore. COD is tired man give that a break and let Raven and Sledgehammer do

Your perspective is whats interesting. Its not about getting the “icks” from her.. She tried to make a business on ‘family honesty’...and now shes like “Surprise I was divorced that entire time I was being “honest”....oh btw I am also dropping a memoir so I am gonna be lying some more to get attention again.”

Because she’s the one putting the dirty laundry out there.

But define the bar for me. How could a Robocop video game effectively satirize copaganda in video games? And what kind of satisfying game loop would it use to maintain the necessary game aspect? And bearing in mind that this still has to be an IP tie-in, how does it appeal to fans of the films? Again, I’m not saying

There is a run button. It’s not fast running, but it’s definitely there.

Ya know, I’m all for thematic resonance when appropriate and I do appreciate that the first two films satirize copaganda to an extent, but expecting a video game adaptation of those films to somehow send a message about current day policing rather than lean into the nostalgia for the films seems pretty daft. I *guess*

It isn’t that you can’t buy your way, it’s that you have to do so smartly and, well, within your means. Microsoft is buying Activision Blizzard, yes, but AB and its continued operating costs are still just a drop in the bucket of MS' coffers. Embracer just bought and bought and bought, assuming these franchises would

I’m cheap, I mostly stick to NECA figures, and I’ve been pretty pleased with the results. My most recent purchase was this guy for 30 bucks:

Yeah, this or GH dragged their feet so long on the production of some of these pieces that the agreement with Sony expired, as did the sell off period, before they were ready to ship. Once Sony found out they were still taking orders they demanded existing stock be destroyed and outstanding orders cancelled. Sucks for

Basically yeah, that’s Gaming Heads’ story.

So don’t make stupidly expensive AAA games, then. Stop facescanning Keanu Reeves and Idris Elba and contracting 13 different studios.

Yeah, game distribution costs have shrunk to next to nothing, and digital game sales scale arbitrarily high for effectively no extra cost. Selling 10 copies or 10,000 copies is (roughly) the same cost of revenue. And games as a market are much larger now than they’ve ever been previously. So some of those increased

I’ve got no problem paying more for games if the publishers would commit to that money going directly to higher wages for the developers.

Really, Dragon Age? Talk about bland characters. They're all a walking single trait. If they were anime, they'd be FF characters. I love DA, but come on.

I can’t believe this studio is still making the same game and expecting us to pay $70 for it, and to play it for more than a hundred hours.

Hard to believe these mutants are real ,they look like they step off a movie lot with all the brand new get ups. Would be nice if there were actual news people still in this country ,the kind that would follow these clowns till their Klan Klutch broke up and identified them as the separated and went to their caves
