The sheer definition of 'creationism' is anything but science. You're depriving them of understanding how science works.

I'm very glad to hear that. And you sound like a level-headed person with a good sense of independence. Yay! And good luck!

Yeah, please tell me you don't teach your kids about how Jesus rode dinosaurs, ie. creationism, as a viable alternative to evolution. Please, please, please. Or how prosecuted the christians are in the US (lol, right).

Some of it, yes, and that I perceive as dangerous. In case of an early sports career, I can see the benefits (off time for tournaments, etc).

Absolutely.

Oh, okay.

Ah, thanks for answering.

I just threw a bit of shade there. I grew up in a country that doesn't home-school. So, I'm curious.

So, the access is through the computer? Or the phone? Won't that leave them socially less well off since they don't roam in groups?

Fuck the opt-out. Let them all know.

Wow, that's horrible.

Could one sue?

Exactly. Bravo.

People who homeschool frighten me a little. How do you ensure that your kid won't be hindered in his/her education by your own focus? Having a few teachers AND the parents there for a kid to learn from is way better than a single source, especially if that single source is the parent.

Sure?

Wow, what a story.

Haha.. :) Way more than that.

Nope. Please, no. I find her insufferable in anything but Mad Men, where she is perfectly cast.

Thanks for explaining this, so I don't have to. :)

You are jumping back and forth on points, it seems to me. I'm am thoroughly pro-choice, yet have issues with the 2nd amendment. The availability of safe abortions are good for society - it's proven over and over again - yet I won't say the same about open carry. Ever.
