How would the characters have achieved such? Seeing as Edmure establishes "years" have passed since the Red Wedding and Beric is still alive (not having given his life for hers) I would think it's fair for one to assume she ain't coming back.

Thoros is also quite spectacular, the actor's got those twinkling blue eyes (similar to Richard Harris as Dumbledore) that encourages you to lower your guard and trust them; although they're full of secrets.

Neither is Brienne, but both follow a more traditional kind of knight's tale than other characters, interestingly enough ;D

Qyburn's subtle looks of pride were such a delight.

Ha, you're not entirely wrong about the baby orc's destiny.

Exactly my sentiments as well. It's high fantasy, there'll always be those who consider the genre difficult or perhaps childish, but as someone who loves the genre, I found it to be an enjoyable movie. A bit more refining was needed, to be sure, but it's a fair adaptation of the games.

It fulfills a particular taste for high fantasy and certain sense of wonder. It very much takes place in the atmosphere and aesthetic of Azeroth presented by Warcraft and WoW and such.

Yeah the pacing didn't feel as deliberate as it should've which hindered the development of the story.

I think those resistant to the high fantasy genre would have a difficult time with it as Warcraft lends so much of its core elements to the collective genre.

I agree a new cast and better writers would be optimal for future success.

It very much takes place within the aesthetic and atmosphere of Azeroth in World of Warcraft.

I very much agree with the sentiment that fans of the franchise will love it and those unfamiliar…probably not.

A Song of Ice and Fire: The Animated Series by Studio Mir (or some similarly sophisticated style).

Only just stumbled upon this album and lemme just say that Deadbeat Summer is a wonderfully composed song.

My impressions as well, luckily I found the first few examples provided funny enough to inspire me to watch the show before I read the rest of the review.

Ha! I can only imagine how Cersei would take that…

Beric Dondarrion and his Brotherhood didn't necessarily serve the Starks in the same way that the Glovers or any other of their bannermen did. Ned just happened to be Hand of the King at the time when The Mountain began raiding the Riverlands way back in season 1 and charged Beric with bringing The Mountain to

That's how I feel as well, I'm a book reader, but I love to observe how non-readers perceive and dissect the show in these comments.

And at this point in the story, I would have thought that both characters have progressed to the point in which they could handle that situation more effectively, Sansa has spent that last few years learning court intrigue and how to handle allies/enemies while Jon was Lord Commander.

I've wondered if Faceless Men possess the power to switch other peoples' faces, I'd doubt it, but it'll be interesting to see how this plays out.
