The way they revealed President Moss was a big giveaway, how is face wasn't shown for a while. I never really watched "24" so it went over my head. But even I got the impression that the casting of Moss was supposed to be notable to viewers. But Kiefer is also the Executive Producer of the show, so draw your own

I just noticed in this episode that Carol has adopted some of Tandy's traits (puns) and vice-versa (him being more compassionate/sympathetic to others). Wonder if the writers did that intentionally to show how their relationship has progressed.
