That would be a separate settlement in civil court, provided the patients and survivors sue ABC. I would guess the network would prefer to settle out of court based on the plaintiff agreeing to a gag order rather than endure the PR nightmare of trying to justify snuff TV.

My husband’s appendix ruptured when he was in his early 40's (who knew he still had one???) and yes, it can be very serious indeed. He was hospitalized for four days. It looks to me like Jaime’s hair color has taken a turn for the worse in this episode. I don’t remember his hair being a flat, dull red, but in several shots in this episode he looked the victim of a bad dye job.
