Honestly, I don’t know how to respond because your own arguments counter each other. For your first point, it seemed you were not aware of historic terminology, and I was using older terminology. That wasn’t hard to respond to.

Sadly enough, there is a by-law in our HOA that says how long is too early. 2 weeks if I remember correctly.

This was someone hired by the HOA. We actually PAY her to do this. We had a special meeting about it, but in the end we couldn’t convince the HOA to fire her. Of course, she was there taking names at the meeting, making people second guess saying anything too bad, lest they get on her radar.

I vote ‘not fake’ merely because I have seen similar emails from my HOA. The lady that inspects on behalf of the management company sounds almost exactly like this when she writes to tell people they have more than one leaf/4 sq. ft. in their yard.

I didn’t say they could fly long distances, usually less than 1/4 mile, but they naturally roost in the top of trees and can hit 60 mph in flight.

I am more concerned about what happens to these when the trailer brakes lock up and the tire is dragged for a few miles. That generates an incredible amount of heat.

For the CNR cars, the manufacturer had not built cars in the US previously. I thought they basically had build the factory from ground up, hire employees and build the cars for Boston as first off of the line cars?
