She wasn’t fired. Her contract was up & Disney didn’t renew it. This lawsuit isn’t going anywhere, she has no case.

We got the right spirit, but we’re still missing the mark. Genre means something. It signifies what one can expect from the books they pick up, from world building expectations to a guaranteed HEA. So conflating Fourth Wing with NK Jemison and ASOIAF is folly - because that’s fantasy.

Shannen has been public recently about being a shitty employee on 90210, then kinda blamed other people for not sitting her ass down and telling her to stop being a shitty employee or else she’d get fired.

It’s really embarrassing to me that these women who are slightly older than me behave like high schoolers whose brains are not yet fully formed. It seems to me that they could all be right, and it just seems petty and weird that they don’t address that and move the fuck on. Also, if someone is going through cancer,

Jay Z is correct. Having said that, MANY artists have never won album of the year and will also NEVER make the money Beyonce has made.

Explaining to people that two things can be true at the same time is difficult, but you, sir, have done an admirable job. I salute you.

Or it could be that being progressive and pro Israel are not mutually exclusive, no matter how much you want that to be true.

I think the hoofbeats are much more likely that this is some type of brain damage

the fact that his marriage seems to be falling apart

You know how calories eaten on vacation don’t count? For progressives, rapes against Jews don’t count.

OR.... consider possibly...

A spokesperson for Fetterman then gave Business Insider a frankly ridiculous statement, claiming Fetterman “strongly supports a two-state solution in Israel and Palestine, and always has” but that he “strongly believes that this resolution should include language stipulating the destruction of Hamas as a precondition

Agreed. They were nineteen. Both of them were unfaithful and a bit messy. And Justin wasn’t the only slut-shaming Spears (Diane Sawyer interview anyone?). The internet and gossip mags LIVED for dogpiling on women in the early aughts.

Spears appeared to apologize to ex Justin Timberlake for the varying revelations about him she included in her memoir, which didn’t exactly portray the former boy band frontman in a positive light—but who cares??? He could have just not done all those things!

JFC what rock has Timberlake been living under?! Does he not know who Kanye West is and what he did during and after his marriage to Kim Kardashian?

1. I don’t think any of the performances in Barbie deserved to be nominated, and especially not America Ferrara (as much as I love her). But out of all of them, Gosling’s was the least undeserving. I liked Barbie, but I wanted to like it more. Sorry not sorry.

I’m glad somebody finally said this.

I feel like the dissonance is that Ryan Gosling was nominated and none of the women were, not that the best actress nominees weren’t deserving. It’s that it’s strange to see the movie recognized only for a man’s contribution. I always think it’s weird to recognize something with a best picture nod and not the

All of this!

It’s worth noting: This is the 3rd time Gerwig had a picture nominated for Best Picture but was passed over for a Best Director nomination.
