I mean shit, I wanna read that.

I kinda don't get the BABY DRIVER love. The stuff Wright did with music was cool, sure, but the third act totally killed any emotional investment I had in the film and made me pretty indifferent towards the outcome.
….and that was today's fact that made me feel old.
I dunno, I liked the action in that movie. The Westley vs Inigo duel was really deft, cheesy acrobatics aside, and that moment where Inigo kills three dudes in like half a second before Rugen turns and runs was really cool.
Nope, Ludvine Sangier is the one who was in Swimming Pool, not Rachel Hurd Wood.
Honestly, being overleveled won't be all that big an advantage, because it's the mechanics that are tricky. Fail to kill the Oracles quickly enough, your team automatically wipes. Get found by more than one gorgon, your party wipes. Lose more than two people in the Atheon fight, your party wipes.
Nothing about Kurt Russell's nachos in DEATH PROOF? I can't recall if they were depicted as primarily white or not. Now I'm curious.
Except don't we have the speech from Eric Stoltz about how cocaine is explicitly not a modern drug, and rather sort of an outré throwback? I don't see any reason to think we're supposed to consider him incorrect in that assessment.
I find artists in general to be pretty full of shit when it comes to art. I don't value creator comments much, either.
AO Scott, as others have mentioned. I also quite liked Janet Maslin back in the day.
Bust a Move embarassing? I am trying so hard to kill you with my mind right now.

The teenage version of me didn't notice much about the film besides Anna Falchi, I must admit.
Does Jessica Chastain's single episode qualify her for this debate?
@avclub-c254eaf30893f49706260c2d22fe6148:disqus It might be the directors rather than the actress, but Yara tends to come off as sullen and morose, whereas Asha is much more vibrant.
You misspelled "less."
I agree. The only fight scene that has impressed me in the series was Syrio's (alleged) death. Hopefully it's more along those lines than most of the duels we've seen so far.
@avclub-6f2918fcd0f193a9e0dcc0337775b148:disqus There's an argument to be made that Oberyn accomplished exactly what he wanted in that scene. He killed the Mountain. His own death pushes Dorne closer to open rebellion. And, since it seems likely that he had already poisoned Tywin, he severely hampered the crown's…
@avclub-d980b15d49101608dc407770f35b1d75:disqus Well, in even further fairness to GRRM, there are black characters in the book, they're just too minor for inclusion in the show.
