This is going to be thrown out of court so fast - it will make this little kids head spin. If he wants to sue some one he needs to directly sue the gambling companies unless he has proof that valve is sponsoring these companies some how.

Except all Valve does is allow people to log into third party sites via their API. they have zero involvement with any of those gambling sites as far as we know. This is clearly a case where the defendant wants to go after the biggest fish in the pond because they have the most money.

Years ago when online casinos were popping up, people would use their credit cards and rack up thousands of dollars in debt, and deny it was them. Some people can’t control themselves and they want to blame companies for their lack of self-control.
