when a character is close to death in Mortal Kombat, the announcer says "finish him/her!" that's when you can execute the Brutality/fatality/babality/mercy/friendship/whatever combo for a fancy finishing move with a unique animation for... extra points I guess? My alltime favorite mobile game so far is Outwitters by One Man Left.
