I don’t think too many people will find themselves in a similar situation, but stating that she survived by drinking from the radiator is insanely irresponsible. Even if it was propylene glycol in there, it’s still toxic.

Forklift accidents are very common. Accidents causing injury and death in industrial environments are, unfortunately, also pretty common too in the auto industry.

Nothing absurdly horrific about this forklift ‘accident’. People do stupid things everywhere, so its not unique to Tesla.
