Mmm... Get someone with better reading comprehension to explain it to you. I think you’ll find that they were saying something else entirely.

Pannier brackets never show on my bike. I ride 50+ weeks per year in the Pacific Northwest so I always pack extra gear, my lunch bag for work and groceries on the way home. The bags only come off of my bike for maintenance, competition or single track excursions.

Since the precise question I was responding to was to contrast the new Supersport with the Speed Triple, my answer is not in the least disingenuous, duplicitous, deceptive or delusional.

MAGA!!

But my Buell is a S3T, T for touring. Your right though, to tour on these bikes takes commitment. I put in three to four hundred miles of bicycle training each spring to keep my sixty year old legs fit for touring.

Erm....Think? No I know

The punchline goes, “why myself, of course!”

Who do you expect to please with that?

Two out of three ain’t bad.... Meatloaf.

Unnatural axe...

I had a ‘73 Gt 750 with an Italian manual, an American manual and a British manual. They often showed 3 different assemblies for the same part. I would then start a procedure only to discover a fourth design. I often imagined the grappa fueled, extended lunch, brainstorming sessions you describe.

I’m currently going with the theory that 944 rear glass issues are caused by, too strong, new gas struts. My first 944 developed this problem after installing new aftermarket struts forcing me to reglue the glass. On my second 944 (habit?) I’ve refused to fix the flaccid struts using a 1/2" pvc prop instead. So far no

Nah my uncle was an engineer and he always used that syntax. “I had that diesel-electric motating at a serious high rate of speed boy!”

I’m not sure if it’s the angled photography or just the car alone that incites the nausea.

I don’t drink. That’s the root of my rage issues;)

Post a picture of your car and I’ll be sure to when I see you.

Recently in heavy hail I did just that. Several other cars slowed behind me . Interestingly one who passed me at the limit also used his flashers but only after sliding off of a perfectly straight stretch of freeway. He didn’t really need them though as he was so far off the pavement that he posed no danger to anyone.

What color is your car? If it’s grey, brown or white you may be easily camouflaged by commonly occuring conditions. Seat belts, brakes, lights etc. qualify as “false security” under your definition. We all know that using the roads could cost us our life, it’s the most common cause of accidental death in America. It’s
