That is interesting. Jews (although Reform specifically I wouldn’t have guessed), Catholics and Anglicans are faith traditions that value education a lot, so that makes sense to me. Atheists/agnostics I guess also are more likely to be educated . . .

This is gross, but also such a great strategy for the GOP in the post-Civil rights movement era. It gives white voters an out — they’re not racist, they don’t want to turn their backs on poor families, or on education, they just reallllllly care about unborn babies. Like a lot, you guys.
