I printed at .01mm, with supports (it made supports under the nose and ears but they were minimal and came off cleanly on two prints. This picture was with the supports snapped off by hand as is with no sanding. There was massive supports inside the head to hold up the crown and it did not come off super cleanly, but

I have printed many objects on a 3d printer, and only one would I say has surpassed what you could get at a dollar store in quality and usefulness. It is fun, but excels at plastic trinkets.

Why will I not be surprised if the first 3d printed humanoid is a hot, skimpily clothed woman? It seems inevitable in a sad sort of way.

The mark of a poor artist is the ability to paint the world just as it is. The mark of a true artist is to pain the world with a unique perspective, showing it in a different light, and changing the rules of reality itself. Photo-realists are just trick pony artists who harbor no creativity.
