We've tried to get into medical detox several times. Where we live, if you're uninsured they won't take you. There are only 3 beds available for the uninsured. We've never been able to get him into one. The last time (several months ago) I took him to the hospital because his NO spiked to an ungodly an lethal

You and I are in the same boat. Don't ever hesitate to PM me if you need to talk.

I'm a "sensitive" (see and hear stuff) and I've always wanted to rent myself out to real estate agents who have homes listed as "slightly haunted". I always wondered if they even considered that sort of thing; so yeah, ring in if you're a real estate agent. I'd love to know too.

Yep. You're doing exactly the right thing. Often they love to be acknowledged. Good on ya!

I'm in the same crappy boat and just recently did the same thing. I can't offer help, but know that you are in my thoughts and I'm sending a ton of white light your way. Here's hoping that the coming year will be kinder. And if you ever need to vent, drop me a line. We can commiserate together.

You are my hero.

My son knew that I've been a captive audience for the last few weeks (my back went out/fibromyalgia flare - hence immobility) and has gotten me hooked. I do love me some Pam!

So Burt, I assume you'll be continuing that trend on Monday night when the fine boys of "Fast 'n Loud", driving THE car, make a trip to visit with the man himself?

Back in my old Hollywood life (which I have happily jettisoned), I knew Al Pacino's girlfriend, Lucila Sola. She is a dee-damned-lightful human being. Well, so is he...but in that environment it's so rare to find an actual ray of sunshine. So nice to see they're still together.

I am so sorry for your loss. I'm sending lots of love and good vibes to you and your family.

Do I need to make an appointment with you? Feed you? Barter printer repair services?

Hmmm...I like your thinkin'!

The former Mr. Clampett and I came up with the following naming convention:

Wow, you have just described my daughter..."aging backwards"! I hope you enjoy the book and that it's helpful to you. The biggest thing that I've taken away from it is what a gift it is to have a kid who is totally dialed in. They bring something even more special to your world. Good luck!

Ahhh, the kid connection! I'm a sensitive (I see dead people), my daughter is an empath, and my son is a remote viewer; when he was around three we called him the "Baby Oracle" because he could locate ANY lost object.

Ditto that!

Give me a shout out...I do that sort of thing. :-)

Funny, I've thought of doing the same thing! Don't need the kid or the dog though; I'm a sensitive and can read a house just passing by it. Drove the former Mr. crazy when we were house hunting! But we settled on the right one...which is a story in itself. But I've often considered approaching local realtors and

My dad does the same, except he comes to warn me when shit is about to go down (job loss, boyfriend stuff, etc.); always with the scent of Old Spice and cigarettes.

I was fortunate to grow up in a household where seeing things ...an most important, talking about them was completely normal. Our house was seriously inhabited. I blocked it as I was growing up because I knew enough not to talk about it outside the home.
