Rule #2 - Adjust the load so the center of gravity/balance is correct. This is likely a result of the towed car being too far back on the trailer, causing the rear wheels of the tow vehicle to lose traction. When in doubt, load the trailer too far forward. You will be able to tell IMMEDIATELY if it is centered.

As long as craftsman continues to honor their lifetime replacement, it is a fine replacement for Snap-on at everything but the professional level.

Only awful if you tried to use the stock sprint or verizon ROM's. The number of excellent aftermarket builds for the TP2 is staggering, and the most popular half dozen are quite well done. The biggest problem is that it is still running 6.5 at it's heart.
