So how did they get caught?

What kind of idiot meets someone from Craigslist in a secluded area? Every time I've sold something I've met at a busy 7-11 or the local mall.

@therealtj: It does matter, because too many patents are issued for obvious inventions like this. Sony shouldn't get the exclusive right to make something obvious just because they were the first to patent it.

@therealtj: It's not clever at all. I thought of this years ago. I just didn't have the money or desire to patent it. (Well, not the built in earbuds. I guess that's sorta clever?) In fact, I'd be surprised if someone didn't already have a patent on this, or if there wasn't prior art.

@hambonegravy: No, but I do wonder how the hell Steve Jobs is gonna get himself out of this jam. Hot damn!

They're going to introduce the iGlove. A white glove you wear while holding the iPhone which prevents you from making electrical contact without the need to obscure the gorgeous antenna with a plastic case.

So once they get their city built, they're going to flood the slums with ocean water?

Steve was so excited about the antenna because it was the one thing about the phone that Gizmodo hadn't exposed.

"You mean you have to use your hands? That's like a baby's toy!"

Wait... why would the wife ever need to unlock his truck? If they both have the same truck, there'd never be any need for one of them to borrow the other's vehicle!

If you can pack up and move your sentry, that means you can build a sentry in a safe location, and then move it forward to the front lines and deploy it quickly. That's game-changing!

Why does google think anyone would want this? 90% of what is on Youtube is crap. Even if it uses an algorithm to determine what you'll like, I can guarantee you most of the time it's gonna feed you shit you won't even be interested in. Then you've gotta get up, and hit the next button repeatedly until something

This is just stupid. Instead of wasting our time looking for the + and -, we'll waste three times as much looking for the + and - which aren't there.

@pandafresh: Your computer mouse. Your computer keyboard. Your flashlights. Your key fob. Your tv remote. Your garage door opener remote. Any sort of camping equipment like a gps device...

Clever, but what sort of desperate thief is gonna steal someone's used earbuds?

@dprichard1: Apple bashing? People complain when all they do is cover Apple for a day and now they're bashing Apple for reporting a real issue with the screens? Get real!

I did hard drive testing at a computer manufacturer in the US as a temp job several years ago. Sounds similar to what this guy does. I had to wear antistatic shoes, (that I had to pay for myself) I had one task to repeat over and over: insert the drive into a machine, press some buttons to test it, move it to

How did Levar get into E3? I thought you had to be in the industry? Was there a Star Trek game?

You left out the part where he didn't actually throw the iPad and iPhone in the trash. He left them on the back of his car and they fell off.
